Paul brings more than 35 years of extensive management experience, with a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical sector. His roles have included serving as Ireland manager for a French multinational.

Paul also worked at several major financial services companies, including Equitable Life, Friends Provident, Allied Dunbar, and Zurich, before founding Milecross in 2005 and building it into the success that it is today.
